If trainee is absent from the continuous assessment or final examination, make-up exam will be arranged for qualified trainees according to ERB's latest guidelines.

In the event that class or examination is cancelled as a result of adverse weather or any circumstances not controlled by IVDC, make-up class  will be arranged and examination in that particular session will be postponed. IVDC will announce the arrangement as soon as practicable after class resumption and trainees cannot dispute about it.

Trainees are requested to follow the above arrangments set out in times of typhoons and rainstorms. No public announcement will be made on TV/Radio by VTC. Please note that announcements made by the Education Bureau may not apply to IVDC. If circumstances permit, the announcement of the suspension or resumption of classes will also be available at VTC web site (http://www.vtc.edu.hk).

*Trainees of valued-added courses and professional courses will be separately informed of the make-up class or examination arrangement under adverse weather.
