IntroductionIn recognition of his achievement, Mr. WONG was awarded the Outstanding Awards for Instructor by Employees Retraining Board in their Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2023-24.
Mr. WONG has worked in hotels and large-scale food and beverage chains and has acquired extensive years of experience in food production, operations, and management. Mr. WONG is active in acquiring professional qualifications, which could demonstrate his exceptional competence. Subsequently, aiming at brining the new talents continuously into the industry, Mr. WONG has decided to fully devote himself to training work and has now nurtured thousands of trainees. Apart from the training work, Mr. WONG also cares and dedicated to helping the industry development, often providing voluntary advisory services and imparting knowledge of business operations to graduates who are interested in embarking their careers. IntroductionMs Au was awarded the ERB Merit Awards for Instructor in the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2021-22 by Employees Retraining Board in recognition of her achievement.
Ms Au possesses extensive experience in the florist industry and training. She has also obtained a number of professional qualifications recognized by international training bodies. She proactively contacts with the industry to master the latest information of florist industry and ensure that the teaching content can meet the operational needs of the industry. Trainees can further master the latest information and relevant skills which can strengthen their confidence to enter the industry and maximize the effectiveness of vocational and professional education training.
Ms Au will first identify the different learning styles of the trainees when she delivers lessons and adjust the teaching methods according to the differences of the trainees' learning ability, so as to respond to the individual needs of the trainees in learning. When conducting internships with larger productions or complex skills, she will evenly distribute the groups based on the learning ability of the students, so that trainees with higher capability can help and lead trainees with less capability to achieve a win-win situation through interactive learning.
